Supplier believed it was true that their PMP support both rmvb and avi without violation of product specification. the problem is on the resolution and frames per second of video files. But i insisted there was no restriction stated in the user guide nor the product description. Anyway, we agree on using conversion program to convert the video files into supported format provided that the conversion for an 1-hr file to be around 2-3 min., and the conversion program must be under free license for normal usage.
