]]> Issue:

Theme Virtue in my WordPress site shows no slider and no blogs which are supposed to appear in the front page.

Solution:

Login to Admin and go to

Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Layout

In Homepage Layout Manager, drag “Page Content” from Disabled to Enabled and drag “Latest Blog Posts” from Enabled to Disabled

Tricks:

  • Changing Static Front Page under Appearance -> Theme -> Customize does not help.
  • In previous versions of theme Virtue, it seems that there is no such configuration parameter for Homepage Layout Manager

Config:

  • WordPress 4.1.10
  • Virtue   2.6.6
